What is the T-Mate programming device?

T-Mate is a programming device for automatic spray painting machines that simplifies the transition from manual to automatic painting. It includes an ergonomic teaching gun and a data transmission unit, and easily integrates with any FANUC spray robot already in your production line. 

Programming is accomplished through the simple movements of the operator: you just simulate the spray trajectory on the actual workpiece, and T-Mate records the path and transfers it directly to the robot — no technical skills needed. 

Suitable for any geometry or substrate, it optimizes and allows consistent replication of every painting recipe, speeding up the transition to automated production.
