T-Mate

T-Mate is a programming device for automatic spray painting machines that simplifies the transition from manual to automatic painting. It includes an ergonomic teaching gun and a data transmission unit, and easily integrates with any FANUC spray robot already in your production line. 

Programming is accomplished through the simple movements of the operator: you just simulate the spray trajectory on the actual part, and T-Mate records the path and transfers it directly to the robot—no technical skills needed.
