Smartedge Agile is an industrial painting machine designed for edge painting, filling, and sanding. It’s an intelligent, highly automated, and modular system, suitable for both series production and single-batch or just-in-time manufacturing. 
Easily integrated into any production line, it allows processing of panels of different thicknesses and geometries without manual intervention every time a new piece is loaded. 

All parameters are automatically adjusted: the panel thickness is detected during loading, and the machine instantly communicates this data to the tools, which automatically adapt. This system guarantees continuous production, even during rapid cycles and while handling custom or mixed orders.

With Smartedge Agile, each new panel is automatically detected—no stops or manual adjustments needed: thickness is measured right at loading and shared with all tools involved in the process. 
This synchronization enables heads, pressure groups, and sanding units to adjust in sync, maintaining consistent quality regardless of how frequently formats change. 

Whereas with traditional stand-alone machines, working different thicknesses can mean 10 minutes of adjustments and several operators, Smartedge Agile optimizes management.
