J-PRINT SP Roll to Roll is Cefla’s innovative single pass platform for digital printing on flexible materials in reels (PVC, ABS, PS, paper, laminates, foils, technical films, metal coils, etc.). It enables fully digital industrial printing lines, capable of managing flexible batches, personalized designs, and high print volumes without sacrificing quality. 
Industrial printheads ensure excellent definition across standard or custom working widths, compatible with specialty and UV inks.

How does it work

Raw material is unwound from the reel and moves through the machine on drive rollers and tensioning devices, maintaining flatness and adhesion to the print path. Advancing is continuous, with printheads applying color as programmed. 
UV curing stations ensure immediate drying for top productivity—even when integrated into complex production lines.
