先使用喷涂机(如 Easy)以90-100 g/sqm的涂布量涂布底漆,再施涂一道双组分水性实色面漆,然后在60°C立式干燥厢中干燥45分钟。如有需要,也可以在灌浆线上搭配喷涂机器人,通过增涂一道暗色漆,为护墙板添加特殊的视觉装饰效果。施涂35-40 g/sqm的单组份水性清漆后,进入 Aquadry 干燥隧道7分钟完成干燥。
