The technological process is based on the spray application of glues on the surface and the edges of shaped MDF panels, followed by a PVC or paper wrapping process which is carried out by membrane presses.

Glue application:

• with oscillating automatic spraying machine for glue application on the surfaces, with preceding manual spray application on the edges;
• with automatic spray application with robot Spraybotic CNC, for both, surfaces and edges in a unique program.

Glue flash-off:

• by the means of hot air in-line ovens or vertical storage unit.
