iBotic is the most advanced  technology  on the panels' spray application sector by reaching the maximum finishing quality, even on special workpieces with difficult shapes and edges. The machine is processed by CNC technology. Its mechanical arm is suitable to the optimal reproduction of the movements and cycles carried out manually by the operator due to the following features: precise workpiece detection, high precision mechanics and highly efficient software systems. The elevated finishing quality is based on the absolute spray application precision due to the fact that the spray guns follow the panels' shapes, on both, surface and edge, after their dimension and position have been detected and memorized. The iBotic allows to change the application cycle according to each single charge composition, operates in a protected environment with controlled ventilation and can be directly connected with in-line curing ovens.
