The controlled movement of the panels charges in automatic finishing lines is always necessary when the lacquer application process requires:
- the configuration of closed loop lines with transversal panel movement and return,
- turn-over systems for finishing operations on both panels' sides. The panels charge conveying is carried out by automatic transfer and turn over units. The movement of the panels charges can be controlled either by the means of a photocells reading-barrier or highly sophisticated software systems that allow to memorize the lacquering cycle of each panel charge.
