The ELISPRAY represents the state of the art in high production spraying machine and is suited for insertion into lines for complex processing, of flat and moulded panels, due to its high productivity along with consistent quality. The superior production speed is accomplished by using a unique gun mounting track: the guns run on two horizontal tracks connected by two semi-circles (Carousel spraying), and thus the machine operates at a high productive speed, due to the large number of guns installed. The rotation speed and the tilting of the guns are set in order to allow significant advantages concerning the "transfer efficiency". Panel feeding is by a continuous belt with recovery and reuse of the applied paint product, a patented CEFLA system, while the whole structure is conceived in order to allow great ease in use.
