DV-Systems, Charlotte, NC based manufacturer of profile finishing machinery proudly announces  the launch of a new efficient and environmentally friendly line to prime wood and wood composites exterior siding combining high finishing efficiency with low environmental impact. "Many customers come to us in hopes to find a complete finishing solution that is environmentally friendly without compromising performance. We kept that in mind when we designed our new priming line" says Massimo Di Russo, director of operations at DV-Systems. DV-Systems' new line for exterior siding finishes substrates by using non VOC releasing vacuum coating technology with 99% coating transfer rates guaranteeing that there is non coating product exhaust into the atmosphere. Although the line is designed as a priming line for exterior siding made of wood or wood composites, users can really finish most kinds of mouldings with it while maintaining high production rates and achieving great finishing in an eco friendly way. The compact line combines sanding, chamfering, vacuum coating and infrared curing in less than 400sqft of floor space.
