Technological processes based on the application of waterborne coats: preservatives (stain) - base coat (eventually) - top coat.
(1)  ASSEMBLED WINDOWS
Application:
Flow-Coating, for (eventual) preservative and sealer application.
Spraying, for top coat application:
manual in cabin, with product recovery system (ICECOATER);
automatic with electrostatic Vertical Reciprocator and lacquer recovery system(WINCOATER).

Drying:

• in hot air tunnel
• in hot air tunnel combined with IR lamps; the windows are vertically and horizontally placed (AQUADRY)

Handling:

• by the means of double rail over-head conveying line

Sanding:

• in line with manual sanding
• out of the line: special machines with windows placed in horizontal position

(2)  DISASSEMBLED WINDOWS
Application:

• preservative application system for the application of the protecting product (stain)
• automatic spraying machine, for top coat application with lacquer recovery system

Drying:

• in hot air transversal or vertical oven
• in hot air oven combined with IR lamps (AQUADRY)

Handling:

• by the means of double rail over-head conveying line, with workpieces horizontally fixed on bars
• roller, belt, chain conveyor for single or aligned workpieces Sanding:
• in line with sanding machines for the sanding of all 4 mouldings sides.
