The lacquering of printed or profiled components in ABS - PVC - PP is realized by automatic spray applications by the means of spraying machines or robot according to the workpiece dimensions. The application is performed out as follows: 2-dimensioned components (frames, cellular telephones or electronic objects, curved objects or bodies with reduced third dimension, etc.) for top lacquering by oscillating automatic spray machines or by robot with CNC controlled electronic guns supporting arm with edges spray gun; small objects are supported by frames and are continuously lacquered in a combined system for both, spray application and curing:
- extruded mouldings are coated by in-line spray machines with fixed guns (manually inclinable) or
by vacuum systems; the curing ovens are suited to the mouldings' handling;
- three-dimensional objects (structures and bodies) that require the lacquer application by the means of anthropomorphic robot and over-head conveying lines for handling.

The used lacquers are solvent base or waterborne liquid coats (especially pigmented coats). The curing technology is realized by hot air and/or IR radiations in in-line ovens, flexible storage units and vertical ovens with reduced dimensions in order to obtain stay times of just a few minutes up to 30'. Systems based on easy configurations come along with Hot Drying Booths (LCP) with manual workpiece deposit on stackers.
