SORBINI technology for printing machines on ABS and PVC reels with working dimensions 300 to 1300 mm, or printing systems on décor mouldings (type matchboards). Roller application on plastic tops "SMARTPRINT 300". The plastic components that mostly require a printing and roller finishing application are panels, mouldings and PVC, ABS, PP and PC extruded plates for succeeding use in the furniture production industry (ABS edges for panels made out of MDF or chipboard) or on the house construction sector (wall panelling). Complete UV cycle including application and relative register combination with two or more colours protected by a high-gloss or opaque UV top coat finish.
|
Example for a complete cycle on extruded and sheeted plastic material reels:
- unwinding system
- base coat application
- curing with UV lamps
- first product application
- curing with UV lamps
- second product application
- (synchronized with the first colour)
- curing with UV lamps
- high-gloss top coat application with "REVERSE" machine
- complete curing with UV lamps
- solvent base primer application (underneath)
- curing with IR lamps
- winding system
|
| The same process can be used for PVC coated mouldings for walls panelling (without winding system and primer application). |
