CEFLA Finishing Group focuses the technological research on new glass finishing systems while using the different specialisations of the companies of the group, manufacturing application machines (roller coaters, spray systems, water curtain coaters) and curing ovens for organic lacquers and ceramic enamels.
SORBINI: The result is an absolute new, patented roller coater "UNICOATER" suited to develop a system that allows for the application, with just one roller coater, of both: elevated lacquer quantities to create "covering" effects or minimum quantities to create different glazed effects; until today the realisation of both finishing methods required two independent machines or continuous exchange of the application rollers generating elevated dead time.
